How to get a Notion API key

  1. Open Personal access tokens in Notion's Developer tools, in a workspace you own or admin (a guest cannot make tokens). Click New token.
  2. Type a name, pick an expiration, and leave Notion API ticked. Untick Workers unless you use the Notion CLI.
  3. Click Create token. The token appears only once, in the next box.
