How to get a Stripe API key

Checked by hand 2026-10-30

  1. Open API keys in your Stripe sandbox (test mode). Your publishable key is at the top and your secret key is under Secret keys. Footgun reads both from the page, so there is nothing to click.

What you end up with

  • STRIPE_SECRET_KEY
  • STRIPE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY

Do it in one click with Footgun Keys
