How to set up Supabase spend cap

Start here, signed in on supabase.com.
- Click the organization whose bill you want to protect. Its Billing page opens.
- Scroll to Spend cap. If it says Spend cap is enabled, you are done: nothing more to change. Otherwise click Change spend cap.
- Turn the spend cap on and confirm. Your projects may slow or go read only if you pass the included quota, instead of being charged extra.
- Footgun cannot read this setting back, so the result is shown as not checked. Reload the page and confirm Spend cap now says it is enabled.
