Cause

A user access token is bound to the user's Facebook session. A password change or Facebook's periodic session rotation invalidates it.

Use a system user token with expiration set to Never for server-side jobs.

Business Settings > Users > System users > select the system user > Generate new token > choose the app > Token expiration: Never
