Yoast fields on WooCommerce products can be set through wc/v3 but not wp/v2

Cause

The WooCommerce v3 products endpoint accepts arbitrary meta_data, including Yoast keys, with no registration. The core product endpoint does not expose them.

Fix

Write product SEO fields through wc/v3 meta_data.
