Bigin 'Emails Sent' metric reads far too low because it skips organization address sends

Emails Sent shows single digits while workflow emails are visibly going out

Cause

The metric counts only mail sent from a user's connected mailbox. Workflow emails sent from organization email addresses have no user attached and are left out. Opens count repeat opens, so opens far above sends is normal and not a bug.

Fix

Keep Emails Sent off dashboards and confirm workflow sends on the records themselves.

Apply

Open a deal > Timeline and check the workflow emails listed there.
