Cause

Another include in the same SPF record points at a name that no longer resolves. One dead include makes the whole record a permanent error, so the validator cannot see the Zoho include.

Fix

Resolve every include in the record and remove dead ones. One include:one.zoho.com covers Bigin, ZeptoMail and Campaigns.

Apply

dig +short TXT example.com, then dig +short TXT for each include target and remove any that return nothing
