Cause

On API versions before 2026-01 an app can run only one bulk query and one bulk mutation per shop at a time. From 2026-01 the cap is five concurrent bulk queries, and result URLs expire after one week.

Fix

Move to API 2026-01 or later for concurrent queries, otherwise serialize bulk jobs per shop, and download results promptly.
