Edits to an n8n workflow are saved but the production webhook still runs the old version

Cause

From 2.0 the active toggle is replaced by Publish, and autosaved edits stay in draft. Production webhooks, forms, schedules and app triggers keep running the last published version.

Fix

Click Publish after editing, or publish from the CLI with publish:workflow in deploy scripts.

n8n publish:workflow --id=WORKFLOW_ID
