Cause
n8n 2.0 sets N8N_RESTRICT_FILE_ACCESS_TO to ~/.n8n-files by default, so file nodes refuse paths outside it.
Fix
Mount data under /home/node/.n8n-files, or list the extra directories in N8N_RESTRICT_FILE_ACCESS_TO separated by semicolons.
