Discord webhook call returns 204 with no body so the message ID is never available

Cause

Execute Webhook defaults wait to false, which returns 204 and does not report a message that was not saved. Without wait=true there is no message object to store.

Fix

Add wait=true to the query string when you need the created message or need to know the send failed.
