Cause

Only plugin.json belongs in .claude-plugin/. Claude Code looks for skills/, commands/, agents/, and hooks/ at the plugin root, next to that folder.

Fix

Move every component folder to the plugin root, bump the version in plugin.json so the installed cache refreshes, and validate.

Apply

mv .claude-plugin/skills .claude-plugin/commands .claude-plugin/agents .claude-plugin/hooks . 2>/dev/null; claude plugin validate .
