cf CLI commands stop working after update with unknown command errors for camelCase names like getCredits

Symptom

cf accounts billing getCredits fails with an unknown command errorScripts or agent prompts using camelCase cf subcommands break after npm install --global cf@latestFlags that worked in an earlier beta are rejected

Cause

Cloudflare CLI 1.0.0-beta.16 renamed generated command names to kebab-case, for example getCredits became get-credits, and also made other breaking command and flag changes.

Fix

Update scripts to the kebab-case command names and check the CLI release notes for renamed flags, or pin the older beta version in CI until you migrate.
