- Agent files are missing after upgrading ThinkWorkspace is empty although the old data still exists in the Durable Object SQLite tables
- Cause
- @cloudflare/computer stores files in different tables than @cloudflare/shell and there is no automatic migration. @cloudflare/shell and Think's createExecuteTool are deprecated as of 2026-10-20.
- Fix
- Copy existing files into the new workspace with the migration script in the official guide before switching. Add WorkerJavaScriptBackend if you need JS execution.
