Cause

Update a record writes the whole record, and unmapped fields are written as empty.

Fix

Map every field on every update, carrying unchanged values from an earlier Get or Search.

Apply

In each UpdateRecord, map all structure fields and use {{N.data.field}} from the preceding search for the ones you are not changing.
