Cause

When a run errors, a polling trigger does not advance its position, so the same malformed item is fetched again each cycle and newer items queue behind it. A module that marks an input as required fails on any item that lacks it, even if nothing downstream uses its output.

Fix

Add a filter right after the trigger that requires every field later modules treat as required, so malformed items are skipped and the position advances. Remove unused modules that declare required inputs.
