Cause

A scheduled tick tried to start while the previous run was still finishing, so Make skipped that one cycle. The warning run uses 1 operation and 0 transfer and touches no data. The trigger resumes from the same position on the next cycle.

Fix

Take no action when the scenario has no incomplete executions, is not waiting, is active and has nextExec set. Do not deactivate and reactivate: on a polling trigger that can reset its position and skip real items. Act only if the warning turns daily or incomplete executions start to pile up.
