Cause

On top of per-second limits, each workspace has a monthly call allowance: 1,000 on Free and 100,000 on Team. Free workspaces are blocked after a one-time grace period, and Team workspaces are throttled to 2 requests per second until the month resets.

Fix

Count calls per month, cache reads, batch writes to 10 records per call, and move heavy integrations to a plan with a higher allowance.

Workspace settings (owner access) > Summary > Public API calls for the current month; per base: Usage tab > Bases > Public API Usage
