Cause

From 2.1.309, claude ultrareview requires workspace trust. On a terminal it asks. Without a terminal it refuses. Earlier versions did not check trust.

Fix

Pass --trust-workspace in scripts. The flag takes no value, so put any PR number or base branch before it. Alternatively set CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_ULTRAREVIEW_TRUST_CHECK=1 in the environment.
