Cause
From 2.1.307, checkout hooks on the self-hosted runner are stopped after 30 minutes by default, which fails the session setup. Earlier versions had no such limit.
Fix
Raise --checkout-hook-timeout-min to a larger number of minutes, or set it to 0 to disable the limit.
