Calendar GET on a deleted event returns 200 with status cancelled, not 404

200 OK with "status": "cancelled" for an event removed from the calendar

Cause

Deleted events remain readable by id with status cancelled. Deleting an event that is already gone returns 410 Gone.

Check body.status == "cancelled" when testing whether an event still exists, and treat 410 on delete as success.
