Cause

Replaying an entire run reruns every step, including the ones that already succeeded, and those count as tasks again. Replay from history reruns only failed steps, needs the Zap on, and only works within 60 days of the trigger.

Fix

Replay failed steps rather than whole runs, and make create steps idempotent with a Find or Create search first.

Apply

Zap history > open run > Replay (errored steps only), not Replay entire Zap run
