Zapier polling trigger misses new items because the API returns oldest first

Cause

Zapier reads only the first page of a polling trigger and does not paginate, and by default only 100 new items per poll are taken. If the API sorts ascending, new items sit on later pages and are never seen.

Fix

Request reverse chronological order with a page size large enough to cover one poll interval, and keep each poll under 30 seconds.
