Cause

Zapier turns a Zap off when 95 percent of its runs error over the last 7 days. Safely halted runs and runs handled by an error handler path do not turn the Zap off.

Fix

Add an error handler path or a Filter that halts on expected bad data instead of erroring, fix the step, turn the Zap on, then replay failed runs.

Apply

Zap editor > step > three dots icon > Add error handler
