Cause
Search reads from an index that is updated asynchronously, so new and updated objects can take a few moments to appear. Create-then-search or search-then-create flows race against that delay.
Fix
Do not use search as the source of truth for existence checks right after a write. Look up by a unique property with idProperty, use batch upsert, or keep the id returned by the create call.
