Cause

The offset token points at a server-side iterator that can time out from client inactivity or a server restart. Doing heavy work between page requests lets it expire, and iteration then has to restart from the beginning.

Fix

Fetch all pages first and process afterward, keep the gap between page requests short, and restart the listing from scratch on this error.
