Airtable webhook stops sending notifications after seven days with no error

Notification pings stop exactly one week after the webhook was created

Cause

Webhooks created with a personal access token or OAuth expire and turn off after 7 days unless refreshed. Pings carry no data, the changes have to be pulled from the payloads endpoint, and payloads are deleted after one week.

Fix

Call list webhook payloads on every ping (which also extends the webhook) and run a daily refresh call as a backstop. Store the cursor between calls.
