Writing a new select option to Airtable fails with INVALID_MULTIPLE_CHOICE_OPTIONS

Cause
Select fields accept only values that exactly match an existing option. Creating a new option on write requires typecast, which is off by default.
Fix
Pass typecast true when the integration may send new option values, or normalize values to the existing option list first.
