Symptom

Cause
From 2026-10-05, notion-fetch no longer signs URLs for files in page blocks. It emits stable notion-file-block:// references. Files in database properties are still signed inline.
Fix
Pass include_file_urls: true to notion-fetch, or call notion-get-file-download-urls with up to 25 references. Keep the references, not the URLs, when editing or copying markdown.
