Notion MCP notion-search no longer returns Slack, Drive or other connected-app results

Symptom

notion-search returns only Notion pages and databasesconnected sources such as Slack or Google Drive never appear in resultsnotion-ai-search missing from tools/list

Cause

notion-search became keyword-only on 2026-09-02, then on 2026-10-20 it was limited to Notion pages and databases in hosted sessions. Connected-source search moved to notion-connector-search. notion-ai-search was dropped from tools/list on 2026-10-07 but remains callable by name.

Fix

Call notion-connector-search for Slack, Drive, GitHub, mail and calendar. It only appears when the user has AI search and the workspace has a connected source. Refresh the client tool list or reconnect Notion MCP if it is missing.
