Cause

Polling triggers that find 100 or more new items at once are held by flood protection, counted before any Filter or Path step. Runs are also held when tasks run out, a connection is disconnected, or a premium app is not on the plan.

Fix

Review and replay held runs from Zap history, raise the flood protection limit on paid plans, and add Delay After Queue for planned bulk loads.

Apply

Zap history > filter Status: Held > select runs > Replay
