Cause

Polling triggers, create and search actions, REST hook processing and editor tests each get 30 seconds for requests and scripting. Input payloads are capped at 6 MB, or 35 MB from core 17.2.0, and HTTP responses at 20 MB.

Fix

Fetch only the first page, filter on the server, and move long jobs to an async pattern with a callback.
